ThyssenKrupp Fawer liaoyang Spring Co. Ltd (TK-FLS) was established in 1995 as Chinese-German Joint Venture located at 168 Shuangsheng Road, Liaoyang city of Liaoning Province China. The Shareholders are Fawer Automotive Parts Co. Ltd, a company of FAW, First Automobile Works in Changchun of China (visit website www.faw.com for more details), and ThyssenKrupp Bilstein Suspension Ltd., established by Thyssenkrupp Bilstein Suspention (TKB), a company of Thyssen Krupp Automotive AG, a member of Thyssenkrupp Group of Germany (see www.thyssenkrupp.com for details). The German shareholder is the world leader in the technology and manufacturing of suspension elements.
Since its establishment, TK-FLS was equipped with the most modernized equipment, organized with well experienced personnel, adopted modern management concept and systems, particularly having technical support from shareholders and working together closely with suppliers and customers. TK-FLS has been developing so faster that it has become the first choice as suspension parts supplier and partner by most well known auto makers in China and the rest of the world .
TK-FLS places great emphasis on partnership with vehicle manufactures and system suppliers. TK-FLS designs and develops individual stabilizer bars, torsion bars and springs specifically for their ultimate application. LKS specializes in meeting the functional needs of the vehicles as well as assembly concerns. LKS's involvement during early project planning allows it to deliver prompt and sound design solutions to her clients.
Today, TK-FLS can supply most sophisticated springs such as cylindrical, pigtail at one end or two, progressive rate spring with tapered wire diameter and variable coil pitch, including banana type springs; stabilizer bars with threaded ends or forged eye (s) ends; torsion bars with various shaped ends, or with accessories ready for final assembly. TK-FLS has capacity to produce 6 million coil springs a year, 2.4 million stabilizer bars assembly and 380K torsion bars annually.
Major customers are FAW-car, FAW-VW, Shanghai-VW, BBA, DPCA, Chang¡¯an Ford Mazda, JAC, SGM, BBDC, Brilliance Jinbei, Great Wall and Renault Korea/Turkey etc.
